Our Leadership academies are the foundation of our LEAD program

Our Leadership Academy is recognized as one of the top A-Level education programs in East Africa. Each year, we select 60 secondary school graduates (30 men and 30 women) based on academic achievement and leadership potential. Over two years, these young leaders receive a world-class college-preparatory education alongside leadership development, business skills, and Christ-centered discipleship training and mentorship.

Leadership Academy of South Sudan (LASS)

Located in Nimule, South Sudan, the Leadership Academy of South Sudan is our flagship campus opened in 2014, serving the world's youngest country through it’s most challenging years.

Leadership Academy of Uganda (LAU)

In 2027, a brand-new Leadership Academy will open on 1000 acres near Gulu, Uganda. As a region that was once devastated by conflict, it will now be a hub of possibility. The Leadership Academy of Uganda (LAU) is on track to open in February 2027, with the first class of 60 students (30 male, 30 female), expanding to 120 students annually. Each student will be equipped to lead with Christ at the center, ready to rebuild communities, start businesses, and serve with integrity in one of the most strategically important regions in the world.
