The L.E.A.D Network

After graduating from our Leadership Academy, our students join LEAD Network. This alumni group gives them the opportunity to receive guidance on real-world skills, tailored internship opportunities, assistance with job placements, and trauma and relationship counseling.

These leaders also become mentors to younger students, fostering a transfer of knowledge and leadership development. This reciprocal model ensures sustainability; as younger students evolve into leaders, they perpetuate the mission and create a self-reinforcing cycle of empowerment.

LEAD Community Fund

Our program culminates with the LEAD Community Fund—an alumni advised fun designed to invest in the next generation of leaders. It provides flexible support for education, entrepreneurship, and community-building opportunities across the LEAD Network.

Through this fund, alumni help direct resources toward:

University education support

Providing student loans to help cover university costs, with graduates repaying into the fund so future students can benefit.

Alumni giving and pay-it-forward scholarships

Creating opportunities for alumni—especially those who receive external scholarships—to give back, while honoring earlier graduates whose original loans are now considered scholarships.

Entrepreneurship seed capital

Offering startup loans for graduates who choose to pursue entrepreneurship or vocational pathways instead of traditional university studies.

Community development initiatives

Supporting alumni-led activities such as leadership retreats, trainings, gatherings, and shared facilities that strengthen the LEAD community.
