Entrepreneurship is essential for long-term economic growth. In East Africa, 60% of university graduates struggle to find jobs in their degree path, which is why we invest in a new generation of job creators—not just job seekers.

is 4africa’s entrepreneurship hub serving Leadership Academy students and alumni across the LEAD Network. It builds a community where entrepreneurs collaborate, learn, and grow through:  

  • Year-round training in finance, marketing, sales, and digital tools  

  • One-on-one mentorship and coaching  

  • Pitch events, market exposure, and growth pathways  

  • Connections to seed funding opportunities
