Entrepreneurship:
The “E” in L.E.A.D.
Entrepreneurship is essential for long-term economic growth. In East Africa, 60% of university graduates struggle to find jobs in their degree path, which is why we invest in a new generation of job creators—not just job seekers.
We equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools and relationships they need to launch and grow sustainable ventures through:
Practical business training
Coaching and mentorship
Pitch opportunities and business support
Access to funding and markets
Strategic Framework: TEAM Model
LEAD Academy | Stage 1 Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship training begins at our Leadership Academies through hands-on learning and real-world application, including:
Product skilling and group business projects
Business coaching and support services
Pitching opportunities to present ventures to stakeholders
Prize funding to reinvest in student-led enterprises
